个人简介

    其重点聚焦医工交叉,在单分子水平,研究力学-化学耦联调控重要膜蛋白(T细胞受体等)的肿瘤抗原识别和激活的分子机制,并利用单细胞技术开展肿瘤早期筛查及肿瘤等重大疾病免疫图谱的动态演变等。相关学术成果已作为第一作者或者通讯作者在多个国际顶级及专业期刊上发表论文,包括CellCell Res.(2)Mol.CellEMBO J.Nano LettereLifeJCB等。作为共同作者,还在Nat. ImmuneImmunityPNAS等其他高水平杂志上发表多篇学术论文。近期,其主攻单分子动态技术研究新冠病毒突刺(Spike) 蛋白入侵宿主的动态识别ACE2和激活构象变化的分子机制,探索新冠病毒入侵宿主的机理,希望能够对研发新型的新冠抗体及疫苗提供新的思路。中国生物医学工程生物力学专业委员会会委员,中国基质生物学会委员,中国抗癌协会肿瘤精准治疗委员会委员,中国细胞生物学学会专业分会委员,中国生物物理学会膜生物学专业分会理事。
