个人简介

  浙江大学生命科学学院,求是特聘教授。本科毕业于武汉大学生物系,2004年于新加坡国立大学获得哲学博士学位,2005-2008年于新加坡分子细胞研究院从事博士后、研究员研究工作。长期以来采用斑马鱼以及细胞系为模式体系研究干细胞增殖与分化、器官发育和再生。发现抑癌基因p53存在着新型异构体Δ113p53,该异构体起着拮抗p53细胞凋亡,并促进DNA双链断裂等功能及其分子机制;世界范围内率先揭示遗传补偿效应分子机制,为克服遗传补偿效应给基因功能研究带来的障碍提出了解决的方法,为人类一些遗传疾病治疗提供了新思路。荣获2019年浙江大学十大学术进展。
