个人简介

        致力于利用高通量测序,以CRISPR介导的基因编辑和表观遗传编辑为主要技术手段,结合基因组学、表观遗传学、信息学、基因编辑技术和动物体内模型,研究乳腺干细胞的维持分化及乳腺发育及乳腺癌的分子机制。
