徐小林，流行病学博士

浙江大学公共卫生学院“百人计划”研究员，博士生导师；浙江大学医学院附属第二医院双聘教授；澳大利亚昆士兰大学公共卫生学院兼职研究员。

作为子项目负责人等参与省重点研发项目等4项。浙江省医学会数字医学分会委员，浙江省医学会健康管理学分会青年委员。

研究方向为慢性病的流行病学（发生发展、危险因素、预测模型）及管理；大数据及大型队列的建立、实施、统计分析方法学，生命历程流行病学及全球健康，在该领域发表论文及著作40余篇，其中SCI论文20篇，包括医学领域顶级期刊PLoS Medicine(IF=10.5)及Ageing Research Reviews(IF=10.6)，参与编写人民卫生出版社出版的国家级规划教材《全球健康概论》。担任《Frontiers in Public Health》编委，及WHO Bulletin、PLoS Medicine等十余种期刊审稿人。
