研究与成果：从事胞外囊泡（extracellular vesicles, EVs）与免疫方面的研究，取得了一系列原创性成果。揭示了由胞外囊泡介导的机体维持肠道免疫平衡的新机制；发现了利用免疫抑制基因修饰的树突状细胞（dendritic cells, DCs）来源的外泌体应用于自身免疫性疾病的治疗的新方法；揭示了肿瘤细胞来源的外泌体通过驯化树突状细胞促进肿瘤转移的新机制；揭示了外泌体通过Fas信号介导肿瘤转移的新机制；发现血清CD19阳性外泌体可应用于肿瘤的早期筛查。发现自噬在Th9细胞的分化过程中重要的调控作用，从而揭示了自噬在调控CD4+T细胞分化中的新功能。申请人以第一及通讯作者在国际权威杂志Immunity., Nat Commun., Oncoimmunology, Cell Res., J Immunol., Eur J Immunol.等杂志发表SCI论文17篇。主持国家自然科学基金5项；中国博士后科学基金1项；浙江省自然科学基金1项；作为骨干参与2项“973”计划；3项“863”计划和2项国家重大科技专项的研究；以第一、第二和第三申请人申请国家发明专利各1项。获2009年度浙江省高等学校科研成果一等奖；2010年度中国免疫学会青年工作者Travel Award资助；2010年度浙江大学医学院基础医学系优秀博士后奖； 2012年度中国免疫学会青年学者奖；2011，2016年度浙江大学医学院基础医学系青年学者奖；2016年度浙江省免疫学会青年学者奖。应邀参加生物谷主办的2016和2017年的外泌体与疾病研讨会并作大会报告；应邀为Scientific Reprots, International Immunology等杂志审稿。
