个人简介
陈铭,男,汉族,1972年11月生,浙江乐清人,德国比勒费尔德大学生物信息学专业毕业,理学博士学位。浙江大学生命科学学院教授,浙江大学生物信息学学科带头人;担任浙江省生物信息学学会理事长;中国系统仿真学会生命系统建模仿真专业委员会副主任委员、中国运筹学会计算系统生物学分会理事会常务理事、中国细胞生物学学会功能基因组信息学与系统生物学分会理事、中国医药生物技术协会生物医学信息技术分会委员会委员。
研究与成果:从事生物信息学及系统生物学方面的研究,近年来在基于高通量基因组、转录组、蛋白质组和反应组等组学大数据整合与挖掘,非编码RNA生物信息学研究、生物网络建模分析方面开展研究工作,取得了一系列成果。近十年来在Nucleic Acids Research、Bioinformatics、Briefings in Bioinformatics等期刊上发表近百篇SCI论文(个人H指数38)。
主要在研基金项目:
1.国家重点研发计划“蛋白质机器与生命过程调控”重点专项第四课题(2016YFA0501704)“蛋白-蛋白互作网络构建、动态特征分析及应用”(负责),2016-2021。
2.国家自然科学基金项目(31771477):植物非编码RNA多层级调控网络的构建与分析(主持),2018-2021。
