沈立,浙江大学生命科学研究院教授、研究员、博士生导师

研究与成果:

一)DNA甲基化和去甲基化的动态调控及其与其它表观遗传调控机制(如组蛋白修饰和非编码RNA)间的相互作用;

二)表观遗传对发育和细胞全能性的调控机制,以及在多能性干细胞诱导和细胞转分化中的调控作用;

三)表观遗传调控网络在肿瘤和免疫系统疾病的发生、发展中的调控机制,以及以表观遗传调控蛋白为靶点的新药研究;

四)高通量测序技术和微流控芯片在表观遗传学研究中的新应用,以及相关数据分析软件的开发。
