个人简介

孙启明,浙江大学基础医学院教授。

研究与成果:长期从事膜生物学研究,在膜性细胞器的结构和功能研究领域取得一系列重要原创性成果。代表性成果包括:1. 鉴定了Barkor/Atg14L,阐明Barkor-PI3KC3在自噬体形成中的重要功能以及作用机制;2. 发现并克隆了Pacer,揭示其在自噬体和溶酶体融合中的作用和活性调控机制;3. 揭示了自噬体与高尔基体和内质网的互作分子基础及其生理和病理意义;4. 鉴定了模式识别受体NOD1/2分子定位于内体膜和细胞膜,感知病原细菌侵染的天然免疫机制。以第一作者或通讯作者发表研究论文16篇;近五年发表的代表性通讯作者论文(含共同)包括Molecular Cell (2017, 2019)、Science (2019)、EMBO J (2020)和Autophagy (2019)。孙启明的研究成果被EMBO J杂志专题论文评价、被Faculty1000收录并推荐、被Autophagy杂志邀请专文评述
