本课题组以神经胶质瘤、肉瘤等恶性肿瘤为模型,利用病人来源细胞系、临床组织标本及实验动物等材料开展生物医学与肿瘤遗传学研究。同时,结合分子与细胞生物学、化学生物学和生物信息学等研究手段,解析细胞恶性转变和肿瘤发展过程中的生物学改变和遗传学变异,理解肿瘤细胞在染色质重塑、蛋白质稳态及微环境调控等方面的异常行为,探索肿瘤发生机制和干预策略。
