个人简介
郑树,女,汉族,1931年9月出生浙江省杭州市。1955年初毕业于浙江医学院,1956-1958年上海第一医学院肿瘤病理进修班,1980-1982赴美NSABP任访问学者。现为浙江大学肿瘤学教授,博士生导师。历任中国抗癌协会副理事长,全国大肠癌专业委员会主任委员,中华医学会常务理事,全国大肠癌专业委员会名誉主委,中华医学会咨询委员会委员,国际大肠癌外科医生协会副主席等职。2005年入选美国外科学院委员(Fellowship of American College of Surgeons),并担任《World Journal of Gastroenterology》等十数种中英文专业杂志的编委。被聘为2004年香港中文大学
研究与成果
我国大肠癌系统研究的奠基人和领导者,也是肿瘤个体化综合诊治的先驱者。长期从事恶性肿瘤的防治及临床实践,坚持40余年创新性的大肠癌基础到临床转化的系统性研究,探索出具有中国特色的大肠癌防治途径。创造性地建立了结肠癌人群序贯筛检模式及其优化方案用于无症状大肠癌诊断,并通过现场高危人群的干预阻断,使两地区大肠癌的发病率与死亡率明显下降,取得了重大的社会和经济效益。曾主持国家“七五”、“八五”、“九五”攻关、“863”、“973”、国家自然科学基金重点项目等省部级以上课题37项。曾获国家科技进步二等奖及三等奖、教育部科技进步一等奖、省科技进步一、二等奖等省部级以上奖励共30余项,教育部教学成果奖4项,共申请专利17项。至今发表主要论文900余篇,其中SCI收录160余篇,被他人引证1400余次,专著《结直肠肿瘤基础研究与临床实践》、《肿瘤生物学》、《大肠癌》等9部,参编14部。
