个人简介
团队带头人黄建,博士,主任医师,博士生导师。现为浙江大学医学院附属第二医院副院长,浙江大学“求是”特聘医师、省医药卫生高层次创新人才、省有突出贡献中青年专家、151人才一层次2016年省十佳优秀科技工作者、国家卫健委和浙江省G20先进个人等。现任浙江省肿瘤微环境与免疫治疗重点实验室主任、国家肿瘤学重点学科和教育部肿瘤学重点实验室方向负责人、浙江大学消化病学研究所副所长;国家基金委二审专家;中国抗癌协会乳腺癌专委会常务委员;中华医学会外科学会乳腺癌学组委员;中国免疫学会理事;浙江省抗癌协会常务理事;浙江省抗癌协会乳腺癌专委会主任委员;浙江省免疫学会副理事长;浙江省免疫学会临床免疫专委会主任委员;中华医学会临床流行病与循证医学专委会常委及浙江省主委;《实用肿瘤杂志》编委。
黄建教授从事肿瘤(乳腺、胃肠肿瘤)的临床、教学和科学研究工作近30年,围绕临床问题、患者需求,转化为科学问题。作为临床科学家,凭借对科研的热爱和敏锐的学术洞察力,整合临床团队和基础团队,利用新鲜的肿瘤组织标本和临床信息资料开展转化研究。打造视野开阔、思想先进、技术领先的高精尖团队,并开展多种国内、国际会议和学术交流,扩大影响力。在学科建设、临床新技术开展与推广、论文数量及质量、课题经费、专利申请、国际合作与交流和人才培养等方面取得明显业绩。所获成果受到人民网、浙江日报等数十家多家媒体采访。
于1996年开始承担国家自然科学基金,先后获得2014年浙江大学十大学术进展、中华医学科技奖三等奖、浙江省医药卫生科技进步奖一等奖,浙江省自然科学奖一等奖。领导并推进全省乳腺癌筛查和规范化治疗(转化。牵头承担临床新药试验项目1-3,adc药物1期临床试验,CTC诊断项目)。近五年来主持包括国家重大新药创制项目、国家自然科学基金(含重点项目、国际合作重大计划、面上项目)、国家科技部973计划前期预研项目、浙江省重大科技专项、浙江省自然基金重点项目和杰青项目、省部共建重大课题等。
主持建设浙江省肿瘤免疫诊断与治疗新技术研发国际合作基地和浙江省肿瘤微环境与免疫治疗重点实验室。受邀在国际γδT免疫学大会(伦敦,2016)和全国免疫学大会(2015,2016)报告,并任国际γδT免疫学大会(北京,2020)共同主席,在国内外学术界有较高的知名度和影响力;培养研究生59名(博士后和博士25名),其中1位以第一作者在Immunity发表论文,1位研究成果Gut杂志修回,2位获中国免疫学会青年学者奖,培养博士生连续4年毕业当年获国家自然科学基金资助;近年来指导的博士生分获2014和2015年浙大优秀博士论文提名,是全校唯一一位连续2年获浙大优秀博士论文提名的导师。
