个人简介
李永泉浙江大学求是特聘教授、二级教授、博导,享受国务院政府特殊津贴,国家重点研发计划合成生物学重点专项项目首席科学家,入选浙江省151人才工程重点层次。现任浙江大学药物生物技术研究所所长、浙江省微生物生化与代谢工程重点实验室主任、浙江省微生物制药技术工程实验室主任,兼任浙江省微生物学会理事长、中国微生物学会理事兼分子微生物学专委会副主任、中国医药生物技术协会合成生物学分会常务理事、中国生物工程学会合成生物学专委会委员。
研究与成果:长期从事微生物合成生物学和合成生物学制药研究,系统解析了放线菌次级代谢调控的分子机制,建立了以基因组重塑、合成途径定向改造、调控网络重构和基于环境应答的发酵工艺精准优化为核心的微生物合成生物学关键技术;通过产学研合作主导完成他克莫司、纳他霉素、达托霉素、非达霉素等大品种微生物药物的研制或高产改造,支撑合作企业获多项新药证书。 主持了国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家自然科学基金重点国际合作项目、863合成生物技术重大专项课题、国家新药创制重大专项课题等项目,授权国家发明专利20余项,获省部级科技进步奖一等奖2项、技术发明奖一等奖1项,以通讯作者在Nature Communication、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Molecular Microbiology、Applied and Environmental Microbiology等领域主流杂志发表110余篇SCI论文。
